But seriously-since my first day working inside a shitty, cancer filled, H2S spraying refinery it became very clear. Just about everyone working has one thing in common-they have a purpose.

That purpose is to provide.

Whether its to help out the family or single handily provide for it, we’ll drive through whatever wall we need to and make sure dinner is on the table. We like to focus on getting the job done but its the indirect benefits that keep us from saying “grab my box” on a daily basis.

Now listen, somedays you just have to grab it and drag, but most of you just keep digging.

Respect to every working hand out there, don’t ever feel unappreciated.
