Fact of the matter is whether you are swinging a sledgehammer in South Louisiana or on the pipeline in Texas, you know about the one and only Ray Baker…

For those that haven't seen Coach O’s take on the heat, it's badass. Riding the fine line of heat stroke and everlasting health effects to maximize the return on investment is something only a crazy cajun or working hand understands. Don't be scared of the heat, make it your bitch. That's the mental drive that will actually give you an edge and is sure as hell not being taught in school anymore.

Now listen- I've been hearing about these fancy hardhat hats with fans (see below) and thermal barriers getting blasted with some super sleezy marketing schemes. Wouldnt be surprised to see one come out with ticklers for the corporate guys (new business idea?)
